用SuperOneClick.exe對手機進行root，過程中總出現busybox was not found ,如何破？

我是PVT SHIP S-OFF,HBOOT版本是4.0版，裝好了驅動，也卸載了HTC SYNC,沒有運行豌豆莢之類的軟件，開啟了USB調試模式，並且充電狀態，系統是2.2版，但是用這個軟件之後提示：
